“we”, “us” or “our” refers to Revells Travel Limited
“you” refers to the lead passenger and all persons included on the booking.
The lead passenger must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of all passengers on the booking.

2. Our Role (Agent or Tour Operator)
Revells Travel Limited may act in one of two capacities depending on the booking:
As a Travel Agent
In most cases we act as a travel agent arranging travel services on behalf of third-party suppliers such as airlines, tour operators, hotels, cruise companies and transfer providers.
When acting as an agent:
• your contract is with the supplier providing the service
• the supplier’s terms and conditions apply
• we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of those suppliers
As a Tour Operator
In some cases Revells Travel Limited may combine travel services and sell them as a package holiday.
Where we act as a tour operator we will be responsible for the provision of the package in accordance with the:
Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
For certain “low-cost” airlines (for example EasyJet or Jet2) we may act as your agent when making the booking.

3. Booking and Payment
When you make a booking you must pay the required deposit or full payment as advised at the time of booking.
All deposits paid to Revells Travel Limited are non-refundable.
Where only a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be paid by the balance due date shown on your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking by the supplier and cancellation fees being applied.
Unless otherwise stated, monies paid to us are held on behalf of the supplier in our Travel Trust Association trust account.
You must check all booking details carefully when you receive your confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.
Names must match passports exactly.

4. Pricing
Prices are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
Prices may change due to circumstances outside our control including:
currency fluctuations
supplier price increases
tax changes
fuel surcharges
government charges
Once confirmed, price changes will only be applied where permitted under supplier terms or applicable regulations.

5. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to amend your booking you must notify us in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and supplier terms.
Supplier amendment fees may apply as well as any appicible cost differences.
Revells Travel Limited may also charge an administration fee where appropriate.
Some bookings (particularly flights) may be non-changeable.

6. Cancellations by You
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
All deposits paid to Revells Travel Limited are non-refundable.
In most cases, payments made toward travel arrangements are also non-refundable, as the services we arrange are provided by third-party suppliers who impose their own cancellation terms and charges. These charges may increase the closer the cancellation is made to the departure date.
Cancellation terms vary between airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise companies and other suppliers. As a result, the specific cancellation conditions for your booking will depend on the individual supplier(s) involved and the type of travel product booked.
Full details of the cancellation terms applicable to your booking can be provided upon enquiry and will also be confirmed as part of your booking documentation where available.
Any refunds due following cancellation will be subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions and will only be processed once funds have been received from the supplier. Revells Travel Limited cannot guarantee refund timeframes from third-party suppliers.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation costs in the event that you need to cancel your travel arrangements.
